Agent Scorecard now lives inside the compact demo path.
This URL stays live for old links, but the dedicated walkthrough has been folded into the four-stop demo. Agent Scorecard remains the evaluation layer, with the public repo as the inspectable proof.
What remains useful
- Scores agent work by artifacts, tool follow-through, verification, and review burden.
- Keeps private traces out of public pages unless deliberately sanitized.
- Belongs in the core proof loop as the evaluation layer, not as a separate content branch.
