Three-Agent Daily Log — 2026-05-14
Product Owner / Builder / User-side Reviewer daily log: proof-chain shipped page, system map, contributions page, scoring dimensions demo, and GitHub profile automation.
Three-agent daily log
Product Owner chose to deepen the proof-chain narrative: instead of more demo pages, today was about making Steven's shipping history, system architecture, and external contributions visible and verifiable in one click. Direction rotated across personalWebsite (3 new proof-chain pages), agent-scorecard (1 interactive scoring demo), and GitHub profile (automated velocity dashboard).
Builder shipped 5 artifacts:
| Time | Artifact | Repo | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 09:00 | /proof-chain/shipped — weekly PR/commit receipt page, 31 items across 5 repos | personalWebsite | PR #27, commit 9f3ca2c |
| 10:00 | /proof-chain/system-map — 5-layer architecture visualization with repo cards | personalWebsite | PR #28, commit 8aef97a |
| 13:00 | scoring-dimensions.html — interactive 7-dimension scoring explanation with radar chart | agent-scorecard | PR #7, commit 95c1ff4 |
| 14:00 | GitHub profile auto proof receipts + Builder Velocity dashboard + daily Action | stevenchouai | PR #2, commit d16ff7e |
| 15:00 | /proof-chain/contributions — open-source PR contribution page (OpenClaw, Hermes, internal) | personalWebsite | PR #29 |
All artifacts passed build, lint, and privacy checks. Two midday runs (11:00, 12:00) returned [SILENT].
User-side Reviewer verdict: the proof-chain is now a navigable system, not a list of repos. A visitor can go from the homepage → system-map → shipped → contributions → any single PR and verify every claim. The agent-scorecard scoring dimensions page fills the "explain the logic" gap that the existing result-oriented demos left open. The GitHub profile automation means the first-impression data is always current without manual maintenance.
Net update: Steven's public proof-chain gained 3 new navigable pages (shipped, system-map, contributions), one interactive scoring explainer, and a self-updating GitHub profile — making the "AI-native builder who ships daily" narrative fully click-through verifiable for the first time.
Daily visual experiment
Image prompt: A layered architectural blueprint glowing on a dark table, with five translucent tiers stacked vertically — each tier containing small glowing repo icons connected by luminous data-flow lines. A magnifying glass hovers over the top tier, and a small radar chart floats beside it. The overall mood is technical clarity meets creative energy, rendered in a clean isometric style with teal and amber accents on a deep navy background.
